Research themes of our laboratory are as follows:
- Molecular simulation study to predict drug metabolic capability and drug efficacy; its mathematical modeling; in silico drug repositioning
- Cell biological analyses of skeletal muscle repair by Japanese Oriental Medicine such as acupuncture
- Analyses of electronic medical records by data mining approach
- Natural language processing study for clinical medicine (Development of a web-based Japanese translating-into-Braille program)
We are investigating advanced research by using technicques both in vitro and in silico. Our previous research recieved 12 awards from academic societies, etc.
